well, i know aeropostale has some really great clothes that are not too expensive. right now, all of their jeans are 50 percent off!!!! and also, you can get really good quality clothes from hollister, abercrombie, etc. by going to the clearance section. then , get some fall/winter necessities.(probably more expensive) also, be sure to go by stores like goodwill, salvation army, etc. because a lot of times, they do have a few things that are okay. plus, there are always more stores that sell for cheap like:
tj max, marshalls, forever 21, wetseal, and rave
as for your hair, give me some more details please and i will edit and give you some advice. also, tell me if you don’t really like shopping at these stores??? and as for the makeup, don’t clobber tons of it on, just use key essentials to enhance your beautiful features. foundation, mascara, and sheer light lipgloss will do. and don’t forget, part of looking good is to be confident. confident people always make an outfit better looking. by the way, i am in middle school, too.
Clothes will depend on where you live, but here’s some popular ones anyways- Aeropostale has lots of good quality cute clothes that are inexpensive, especially their clearance section. They almost always have some sort of sale. When there’s a sale there, it’s a good sale.
H&M also has a lot of cute clothes, but the quality isn’t so good. The prices are good though.
Sometimes Jacob has some cute clothes– though it can be a bit bland for my taste sometimes. But there are good clothes there if you look, and they’re good value.
Bluenotes has some cute “Little Miss” and other cute graphic tees
Hair styles- A simple style would be to wear a nice headband that goes with your outfit, perfect for most hair lengths. Use a styling product and a round brush for more volume and put conditioner at the tips of your hair for more volume.
If you have thick hair layer it and make sure it’s either below the shoulder or ear length
Makeup- Use only what’s needed, or you might get breakouts. Waterproof mascara is a good idea… smudges don’t look too good. A natural look for makeup is nice… maybe a bit of pale blush on the apples of your cheek. You can probably add a bit more colour now than ultra-natural looks, since it’s fall time.

ok. this is wat u do.
go to the mall…..and look around (look at the non-sales section).
and then……go to the sales section and look for bargains (sometimes……wat they sell in the sale section are a lot like the ones they sell for full price) (for example…i used to work at hollister….and their clothes seriously go on sale after a month of being full price…..and then the new ones that come out look similar to the old styles)
and then…once you have looked around the mall and got an idea of wat looks good this season…..
go ahead and go to marshalls, ross, tj maxx or even a thrift shop! look thoroughly through those racks and have fun and look for stylish clothes for a really good price!

Without knowing any of that I would recommend trying Forever21.com (cute, trendy, cheap) or Target.com
i luv forever 21.. and its not realy expensive and their stuff is soo cute!! and also wetseal is cute and inexpensvie either… but i like forever 21 bettr..

you can curly all of your hair, or put your hair in a high ponytail and curl whatever hangs out, or put it in a head band, or you can straighten the whole thing and add hair clips
try eyeshadow that matches your outfit or lipgloss, whatever color you may like
ok , well wetseal and forever 21 are sorta cute i guess, but they r very cheap ! target , possibly walmart?
as for ure hair , why cant u just use ure own hair?

what i suggest is to go to your local mall or strip mall and go take a look at all the stores and sale racks and sales…you will find stuff for sure!!!=D
also…try a thrift shop or Ross!
those places carry individual stuff that you can blend with your other clothing.
i’m not sure what type of face shape nor what type of hair you have, but having long, flowy hair is always great to have=D
hair clips, barretes, etc. are great for your hair. if you have a nice face shape, you can try taking a silky scarf and put your hair back and tie it with the scarf and wear that — it looks super nice on some people!=D
mmm…some dangly earrings and necklaces can make any outfit look stunner though=D there are some really good deals…try the Flea Market and Accesory shops(ex. Claire’s).
As far as makeup, cover up isn’t the best thing unless you have really bad skin.
mascara is great!=D you can go with mascara on only ur upper eyelashes or switch it up and put some on your lower lids too.
groomed eyebrows will be great=D
some lipgloss is cute too.

the way to tell what makeup works for you depends on a few things. eyemakeup usually depends on eyecolor.
skin makeup/lip makeup(blush, lipgloss) depends on skincolor.
if you see a bit of an orange tint, go for more orange shades.
pink tint, pinker shades.
red, redder shades, etc.
if you would like, while you are in the mall, you can stop in at a makeup desk and have your makeup done for you for free=D
