I just do not have the closet space to hang all of my clothes, the majority of them have to be in dresser drawers. How do you them from getting wrinkly?

For me, the solution is simple. I rarely buy anything that needs ironing, so no wrinkles.
I know this doesn’t help you. The best thing you can do is pack them as loosely in a drawer as possible. If you could invest in a clothing steamer it could help remove wrinkles.

The draw clothes i fold them a normal way. Lay a few folded clothes on top of each other, then take a small plastic garbage bag(I use colored one’s with scents in them) Slide them in the bag. lye flat, then tie at the end. i stack a few in drawers. The clothes may slide around. But there are not as many wrinkles. In the closets. I take the bags again. Poke a very small hole in the center of the closed side of bag. Then slide the bag over hangers. The plastic slides against the fabric and against other bags,so they don’t wrinkle as much. I put a few hangers w/clothes on them in each bag,to save space. This keeps dust off the clothes also. This may sound stupid but it helps me!
