• PostHeaderIcon How Expensive Is Maker’s Mark Compared To Wild Turkey? What About Grey Goose?

I want to know bc these are the drinks I enjoy when I go out on a date and I wouldn’t want to order something too and come off as rude.

Maker’s and Turkey are Whiskeys.. you could always order a Jack (Daniels) and coke or whatever or even Jim Beam.. Grey Goose is vodka.. you could always go Stoli or Smirnoff..
I guess if really depends on your taste. If I were drinking a vodka martini, I’d rather have “top shelf” vodka like Grey Goose or Belvedeer. But if I was drinking a mixed drink or something like Vodka and cranberry or Red Bull, I would want the cheaper stuff, cause it’s going to be mixed and the vodka won’t be tasted as much.
Just tell the bartender whiskey, rum, vodka whatever.. usually a good bartender will automatically pour “well”.. they only reach for “top shelf” when you request it…
P.S. if a guy’s offering a drink.. take it and don’t worry about the rudeness (unless of course you intentionally are trying to drain his wallet). If I’m on a date, the last thing I would want is a girl to sit and worry about how much I just paid for her drink.

Maker’s is more expensive (and much tastier) than Wild Turkey, but it should run you the same amount as the Goose. If you’re drinking your vodka in a mixed drink, you can order a mid-level vodka, such as Skyy or Absolut, a little more cheaply. Whiskey-wise, you might think about ordering good old J.D. or Jim Beam — decently priced and reliable.
