Standard .75l bottle = 30 shots at 25ml pub single measures.
Doesn’t it boil down to how strong you make a drink. I own a bar and I never pour an exact shot. I always serve a generous drink.
A standard 70cl bottle should produce 28 shots at 25ml, we even tested this when I had a pub and had a bottle of cheap vodka up on the optics, it does work out.
