Is It Ok To Keep A Pet Mongoose & A Goose In The Same Cage?
My great Uncle has recently bought both of these. He keeps them together, in the same cage because they have similar names. He believes they will grow up to be close friends. But at the moment they don’t look best friends, i.e. the mongoose keeps biting the gooses butt - needless to say the goose was not amused. What should i do?
its true that a mongoose can kill a cobra, but they have a natural affection for geese which has left scientists baffled for years. In the 1970s a series of tests was conducted in the biology department of the university of Massachusetts. In the tests a mongoose was put in a cage with a cobra, which it then killed. Then a goose was put in a cage with a mongoose.Little happened, the mongoose just playfully nibbled the gooses tail. Then another cobra was introduced, and students were amazed to discover that the mongoose protected the goose, and, when the mongoose got bitten, the goose stepped in and finished the cobra off!The students married the mongoose and the goose that afternoon underneath a banner that read ‘Together in Goose’
they need to be seperated before the goose gets killed. they are completely different animals, that would be like comparing a bull to a bullfrog.
What should you do? How about you stop making up silly “questions.” Shouldn’t you be paying attention in class right now?
NO!
Mongeese aren’t birds/ are CARNIVORES!!
The mongoose will eat the Goose O_o
SEPERATE THEM!!!
u need to tell ur uncle to take the goose out of the cage they arent meant to be put in a cage thats really stupid and im pretty sure its illegal to have a mongoose
