These sunglasses are by LA-based designer to the stars, Luxuriator. This model, the Duo 24, costs $65,000 and includes a 2 carat canary diamond and 132 hand-set pavé diamonds, adding up to a grand total of 3.45 carats of diamonds. In addition to Paris Hilton (above), they’ve been spotted on Oprah and Paul McCartney.

All we can say is, she’d better not lose them. The Luxuriator sunglasses Paris is wearing below cost a cool $65,000. That means the price of this one pair of shades is roughly the same as a luxury sports car, or 100 pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes, among a million other things. Yet Paris throws them on to shield her eyes from the sun. No big deal.
