Hey, i am in trouble, here is my story.
i am an international student from the middle east and i live in Toronto, Canada right now. i arrived here during the summer in July 2008 and when i first came it was hard to find an apartment in the location that suits me the best (downtown). so i ended up sharing an apartment with a black canadian gay man (i am straight). he is renting a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown for 1400 bucks a month and he have an empty room to offer so i told him ill get it (from craigslist). we made a lease between me and him that is gonna end at the 31 of January 2009 (after 20 days). anyways, in the first 2 months its been ok, we didn’t talk that much and both of us just do their own stuff. after a while he became rude to me whenever i ask him about almost anything, one time i asked him about if he saw any mail for me in the mailbox and he was about to eat me alive. after that we kept fighting constantly until we dont even look at each others anymore. then i did a mistake, which is bringing him a gift in christmas cause he was alone and sad and i felt i have to cheer him up since he lives 5 feets away from me. after i gave him the gift we kept talking to each others for a while and then in the 2nd of january after i came from the gym, i saw a yellow paper on the apartment’s door that says “you rent is past due 3000 something dollars” (i dont remember the exact number), i took the paper and put it on the table in the leaving room. in that night i asked him about it and he said “i really dont feel like talking about it!”, i asked him “i am gonna stay here until the end of january without problems right?” he said “dont worry”. after somedays he became drunk and kept screaming “HORNY” and “I WANNA HAVE SEX”. after he got drunk so badly he came to me and tried to touch me softly so i pushed the bastard and told him “if u ever try to do this again, ill kill you and bury you myself!”. he said he was sorry and that he was only joking with me. however that night he called some guy from the internet and cured himself…..
after somedays we didnt talk that much until i bought an amazing fur jacket that i liked so much, i wear it in the apartment and asked him “hey dude what do you think of this?” he told me “now it sucks cause you are wearing it”. after he said this i decided that i should give him a piece of my mind, i told him everything i noticed during my stay with him such as “you dont like anything that your stoopid co*k dont fit in! that why you dont like dogs and cats cause they are too beautiful for you! you should do the world a favour and kill yourself cause all you bring is sadness and misery! etc etc….”. after this he stood up and was about to hit me, i told him “you wanna die go ahead”. then it was his turn to explode and he kept complaining that i dont clean the apartment and that i dont respect him and that i take an hour in the shower sometimes and that means a disrespect for him etc etc…. that happened 2 days ago. yesterday after i came from a friend’s house i saw my christmas gift at my room’s door. then today, 11th of January, just 3 hours ago and before i finished my shower by some minutes, he knocked on the door like he was gonna break it and said “you fu*kin took an hour in the shower, you bi*ch get out!”. i finished my shower and knocked on his door and said “what did you want?”, he screamed at my face with insults and told me “if you make the apartment dirty i am gonna have you kicked out immediately right now! i already made complains about you so you better watch out!”. i told him “i am gonna stay here until the end of this month unless you want to start a war with me”, he came toward me and pushed me telling me “MOVE”, then i exploded with rage and pushed him so hard to the point he went like 5 feets backwards and fell on his back and i told him “DONT FU*KEN TOUCH ME YOU BASTARD OR ILL MAKE THIS YOUR WORST DAY EVER!!! ILL KILL YOU IF YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS AGAIN!!!” he told me “you will get kicked out”, then i told him “an epic war will start between us, just dare and show some guts by doing it you sick di*khead”. then he went to his room and i went to cook me some breakfast. while i was cooking he told me “dont fu*kin use my dishes or spoons or anything that is mine”, i said “ok” and then i rushed to my laptop to write this.
please help me, if i get kicked out right now its gonna be so hard to find a place for my stuff until the end of this month and i dont have the time these days to do extra stuff, i am already so busy with school, gym and guitar lessons, i rarely come to this cursed place. all i do here is just cook me something, take a shower and sleep 8-6 hours a day. a lot of times i forget to clean the dishes and the pots i cook with but the stoopid guy never knock on my door and told me to do something, all he do is complain and showing me ugly faces. please help me with your advices guys, i am lost and a bit scared right now and i need a legal advice
