A black crayon got int o my basket of clothes and unfortunatly i didnt notice it until it had already dried into the clothes….any suggestions?

Everytime I get new clothes I have to eventually wash them. My black clothes always fade out on me. Is there any way to stop this?

The color rubs off even with 2 or 3 passes with a paper towell. If it gets wet then all the worse. I tried spraying with leather protector but this did not work. I am unable to return it, as I bought it in the US and I am in Canada, a couple thousand miles away. It’s a beautiful jacket so would really like to fix it before winter.

I live in Oregon, and I have seen this kind of duck twice now. It is small/medium sized, with a narrow bill (that comes to a pointed curve). One is all black with red eyes, the others I saw had white bills with black tips. Anyone know what kind of duck or goose this is? Thanks!!
