that has been a growing problem in most cities?

hello, I am 17 years old, a girl, and I live in Canada if that matters at all.
I have been wondering for a while if I may have an iron deficiency, and if so what I should do about it. I have pale skin, I get rings under my eyes all the time and I am always fatigued. I am also always cold… the thermostat in my house is set at 78 degrees and I am still wearing a winter jacket, wool socks and long fleese pants just to stay at a normalish temperature. Whenever I touch peoples hands, they always remark at how cold I am. I also have noticed that I am almost “shedding” my hair… not like in chunks or anything, but it does seem that I am loosing more than most people. I dont get a lot of iron in my diet or fruits and veggies because they are out of season. I dont get heavy periods like a lot of things I’ve ready about iron anemia say would cause it, infact I have extremely light periods. Do you think that I should take iron supplements? how about vitamin c? I read that vitamin c helps with the absorbtion of iron.. is that true? I am 150 pounds and 5′ 10”, how much shopuld I take? How fast will I notice a difference? how can I tell if I am taking too much or too little? I would rather not see a doctor about it because I think that the doctor doesn’t take me seriously because I am in there so often asking about things.

I know its a little early for the cold weather but i live in canada so yea. And im a guy going into grade 8 with a preppy look…
not just hollister and abercrombie but polo etc.. and i also wear cardigans from places like banana republic and ae. so would this jacket look good on me?!?
Im 5 feet 9 inches so im not really short and i want to look more mature,

Well I’m going into Grade.8 and maybe you could give me suggestions one what else I should buy for back to school???
(You may not recognize the brands I mentioned because their mostly Canadian brands.) I also have lots of pants since I live in Canada and its Freezing!

-2 tops from Armani exchange
-1 Halter top from Aritzia

-sneakers for gym

-1 Pair of Golden metallic flats

1 Element jacket and 1 Jacob Jr. Jacket.
I have much more clothes from Summer but these are just the clothes
I have for winter and autumn and barely for spring.
Do you think I need more clothes??? Cause I feel like I need more
but I dont know if thats enough???

Its black leather and I am a teenage guy
I wear it to school and in class sometimes (its not to thick and lots of people wear winter jackets even in class since its Canada and always ******* cold this time of year)
A girl In my math said it looked “hot on me” and my best friend said it looked good
But this other kid from my study hall said I look and walk like I’m on the G.
