it can be washed no problem…just don’t use bleach, it’s too harsh on those soft feathers. it’s the DRYING that’s the trick. You would be better off taking it to the self-serve laundromat…they have HUGE dryers there…….
the bigger the dryer , the better……..and, put a few tennis balls ( not sneakers, they’re too heavy )…in the dryer too….they will bounce around and ” fluff ” the blanket so it dries correctly.
if you dry it in a dryer that is too small, without the balls….it will dry all bunched up….with the feathers in globs in the corners….

my boyfriend is washing his laundry and dont know how to wash it. i have no idea how do you have any suggestions

My boys have alot of clothes that are mainly white but will have trim of color on them or just a colored picture on them. I put them with the whites (use bleach with whites to get out all the spit up stains) but it leaves spoted bleach marks I don’t know what to do.

I see this question was asked, but i’m gonna be a little more specific towards socks and boxers.
As usual, socks go missing after a wash and i’m one sock short of making it to spring break. I absolutly cannot stand rewearing unwashed clothes. The only thing i can resuse is a towel…i’ll use it twice in the same day then get a new one.
Think a dishwasher will sucessfully clean a pair of socks…..everytime i handwash i don’t seem to be able to get out all of the soap and the stuff ends up rough. Sandpaper would be more comfortable.

How to wash clothes and sheets by using a coin-operated washer? This is for washers in UK (university residence halls). Need full directions please.

Arissa is only a day old but we waited until she was born to buy clothes and pretty much everything she needs.
So the question is,should we was store bought clothes before a newborn wears them? With what type of detergent? And do we have to wash socks/mittens that we have to use to keep her from scratching her face when she cries?

The water typically has all kinds of salts, hardness included. After drying the salts remain on the fabric, after a few washes the clothes turn yellow (the white ones). Is there a method by which you can remove the salts - use of some light acid or such? Hydrochloric acid will dissolve this water scale, but it will also damage the fabric.. any solutions?

I keep washing my dark clothes and everytime i wash them and dry them, they always have lint on them. Do i use a specific laundry soap?

I’m just wondering if it will mess it up or anything?

It is a slumberjack and needs to be washed? Can I wash it like above, or no?
