You’ll probably want more than 1 liter of water. You need to drink at least that much every day to stay hydrated, and if you’re backpacking you’ll need at least twice as much every day. Heck, if you’re going to Egypt and you’re not used to the heat, you could drink that liter in an hour.
You’ll also want to make sure you have money in the currency of all the countries you’re visiting, or failing that some traveler’s checks.

I actually think your bringing too much already - most of the things you’ve listed will be easy to acquire along the way, and would save you the trouble of having to cart all of it around. I recomend going to a camping supply store and seeing if you could narrow down your list by finding multifunctional stuff.

Toilet Paper!!! You never know when you might need it, and it SUCKS when you don’t have it. They make quick degrading TP, so its very earth-friendly. I don’t know what you mean by camping, but in some spots, campsites are only that.
