I need to buy clothes for our future son and can’t get much info from the orhpanage. I know filipinos are small than americans so I need help figuring out whatsize he would wear.
Yes those Filipinos are small little buggers. Buy him some elastic clothes as they stretch to his size. Also they will grow with him so you do not have to take money out of the profit he makes you on the farm to buy him more clothes as he grows. Two birds with one stone!
An American 10 would fit a ten year old, but rarely do, because most ten year olds are bigger than that and wear maybe a twelve or something like that. I’d get a few eights and hope for the best. Congratulations and good luck.
Is there any possibility to be able to take him shopping when he gets there? I’m assuming he has at least one thing to wear…
If not, it is probably better to go baggy until you can get him out to try things on.
10-12/medium

My son is on the medium to heavy side and he wears size 14. He just turned 11 yesterday.
My brother is 10 and wears a size 10/12 in shirts and 10 regular in pants.
Get a size 12. A 10 might be too perfect.
10 maybe
