Where Would A Nice Place To Libe Be? (deatails Of What I Want Included)?
I want to move to Canada (I only know the basics of the french language, so It’d have to be a mainy English speaking population) or America. I love the cold, so it’d be great if it was jacket weather all year round (or at least most of the year). I’m to start university/college soon, so I’ll be needing one of those, and I don’t mind living in a capital city.
Please, no biases because you do or have live(d) there

If you want to move to America, Seattle is the place to be! I don’t live there but I’m planning on going to college there. I love the rain and it’s pretty rainy there all year round, so it’s cold! Plus it is near Canada, so you could travel there if you want ;P There are quite a few colleges in Seattle like WSU and the university of washington has a campus in Seattle too!
But if you are moving to Canada, then I’d say the best place is Montreal!
